Responsible to develop creative contents and layouts for brands at social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), manage daily operation & promotion of online stores, execute digital marketing program includes website establishment and revamp, SEO, SEM and other e-marketing campaign which may required. Closely monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI, provide reports and insights on campaigns result, develop effective customer communication via CRM including EDM, SMS, and WhatsApp, etc. |
