1. All hourly rates are subject to current prices.

  2. For monthly assignments, 30% of basic salary per month. Clients are requested to notify us of absent and sick leave days before termination of each assignment.

  3. We charge a minimum of 4 hours per day including Saturdays. Charges exclude lunch hour. Overtime is billed at time & a half which commences after working 8 hours based on normal working hours, Monday to Friday & after 1:00 pm on Saturdays.

  4. Sundays and Public Holidays are billed at double time.

  5. There will be no charge on the first three hours of the first day of the assignment if the temporary employee has failed to perform assigned duties to a satisfactory standard. The agency is to be notified within those three hours & no payment will be given to the employee.

  6. All tax returns for the temporary staff are filled by the agency under the terms of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.

  7. Our temporary staff must not be entrusted with the handling of cash of or other valuables, or operation of motor vehicles, without prior official written permission from Potential Personnel Consultancy.

  8. For in-house typing at our premises or at hotels, homes, etc, arrangement for payment is to be made immediately on completion of assignment.

  9. All our temporary staff are insured under the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance & the agency will complete tax return forms of the Inland Revenue Department.
